A Residential Home Inspection is comprised of a Structural Inspection and a Mechanical Inspection.
Structural Inspection:
Structural Inspection includes inspection of: Foundations, Grading, Drainage, Roof Covering, Roof Structure, Attic, Interior and Exterior Walls, Ceilings, Floors, Doors, Windows, Fireplace and Chimney, Porches, Desks and Carports.
Mechanical Inspection:
Mechanical Inspection includes inspection of: Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Ducts & Vents, Plumbing, Appliances, and Electrical.
Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Systems include: heating and cooling equipment, ducts, chases, and vents.
Plumbing Systems include: water supply system and filtration, drains, wastes, vents, and water heating equipment.
Appliances inspected: dishwasher, food waste disposer, range exhaust vent, ranges, cooktops and ovens, microwave ovens, mechanical exhaust vents, bathroom heaters, garage door operator, and dryer vents.
